Meet the Doctors

Larry Kimberlin, DVM, FAVD, CVPP, DAVDC is a licensed Texas veterinarian with over 30 years in mixed animal practice. His extensive experience includes treatment of pets, horses, and livestock. Dr. Kimberlin is one of only a small number of Texas veterinarians certified to perform TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery to repair cruciate ligament ruptures in dogs. Certified Veterinary Dental Specialist Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner (Credentialed by International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Kimberlin is one of the very few veterinarians certified by the IVAPM.) Texas Veterinary Medical Association member American Veterinary Medical Association member American Animal Hospital Association member Fellow and Past President of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry (Admission to the Academy is awarded to veterinarians with a special interest in dentistry after completion of a 2-year training program and passing the Academy exam. Since 1987 only around 70 veterinarians in the United States have become Fellows of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry.) She is a graduate of Texas A & M University and Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked at CVC as a teenager, spending her summer vacations cleaning kennels and walking dogs and, by the time she graduated from Greenville High School, she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. Dr. Kimberlin was a staff doctor at Quitman Animal Clinic for two years before joining the CVC staff in April 2018. She is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. She works with both small and large animals and has a special interest in dermatology. She is married to Tim Nevotti with 2 dogs of her own at home. She is pleased to be able to help the animals and their owners in the Greenville area community. She is also pleased to be working with her dad.
